Last year, Airbus was working hard on a brand new and sleek design called Airspace by Airbus for the A330neo aircraft, focusing on comfort, aura, creativity and services.

Airspace by Airbus gives off the feeling of openness like that of space. In addition to the interior improvements, the A330neo is designed to be more efficient with less fuel burn. It will be able to travel 7,500 nautical miles and seat an average of 257 passengers across three cabins.

Delta Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, AirAsia, CIT, Iran Air, Hawaiian Airlines, Tap Portugal, Avolon and Arkia Israeli Airlines have already made their orders (for a total of 210), which will begin commercial service later this year. So what can you expect aboard these futuristic spaceships? Let’s take a look.

A330neo cabin Airspace

The cabin will feature updated Rolls-Royce engines—the most efficient and quietest of its kind—lavatories with anti-bacterial surfaces, self-flushing toilets and ambient sounds, larger overhead bins, more legroom and HD entertainment screens that you can watch 3D films on. You will also be able to connect your device to the entertainment screen to keep you connected throughout your flight.

A330neo Airbus

Airspace by Airbus will feature amazing LED lights throughout all cabins, allowing you to ease into your seat and enjoy your flight no matter where you are headed.

And for those travelling in business class, you can expect more comfort, sleeker designs, larger entertainment screens, innovative technology and so much more.

A330neo

Any airline that purchases the A330neo can customize the entrance to suit the airline’s needs and wants.

Currently, the A330neo is the only aircraft with the Airspace by Airbus interior design, but it will soon be available for the A380s. Are you ready to set foot into the future? We are!
