Some of you may remember Emirates new business class seat that was revealed back in 2016, which featured the dreaded middle seat—a layout that most airlines have steered clear of when developing new premier cabins.
Interestingly enough, Emirates has taken another step forward by introducing a redesigned business class seat in a 2-2-2 layout.

The new Emirates business class cabin style is pretty much a replica of the one they debuted in 2016, but the difference lies in the seat pitch—2 inches wider, measuring 72 inches total. Other features, such as a mini bar and large entertainment screen measuring 23 inches, remain the same.
So which airplane will this new layout be available on? No other than the Boeing 777-200LRs. Flights aboard these new 777x have already begun earlier this month, with routes to/from Dubai International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
