The celebration runs from the 20th of January through the 2nd of February, with events taking place throughout the two weeks, leading up to the grand parade on the 2nd of February. In January, you can attend art exhibitions, an eclectic musical concert ranging from hip hop to jazz, a traditional Chinese medicine conference, or the “13e Fête” show, featuring music, dancing, martial arts, culture and more.

Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione

One way to spend time in Paris in January is to watch one of the oldest circus shows in the world. Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione has been operating by the Bouglione family for more than 100 years and puts on a remarkable two-hour spectacle for the audience, which includes acrobats, jugglers, clowns, animals and more, all under one roof. International Automobile Festival

The last weekend of January welcomes the International Automobile Festival, featuring beautiful and exotic cars from around the world and many concept cars that will blow you away. Attendees also get to vote on the best car as well as win prizes, one of which can be a new car worth about $33,000 USD.
